Legal Question in Intellectual Property in India
i write my uncle name as father name since childhood and he already show his name as son in his all documents like rash-an card and i showed his name as father in all my documents so i become his legal son and become elegable to claim all his propertyas well as encestral property. what happen when he transfer his property to my blood relative father mother and brother and ho much time will take to get it back all property.

1) It is not valid in law unless u r adopted legally.
2) U wont get anything unless u r a legal heir.
