Usually all documents required for the shipment, including bill of laden, insurance(if any), commercial invoices & all other documents of title; depending on your agreement with the seller & the documents you requested to ensure the safe delivery, are produced in several original sets, to be used by the seller, freight forwarder, carrier,etc... unless referring to an electronic system that is widely known as EDI but is not yet implemented in all countries..So you don't have to worry about that as these will be delivered to the bank where you issued the Letter Of Credit...either way, you should be referring to the agreement between you & check related conditions especially as to the time of delivery, which seems to be taking longer than usual since April! I am doubtful that any export is taking place whatsoever; as the freight forwarder (export company) is usually handed these documents directly along with the goods!
