As far as setting up of LPO is concerned, just search on google and you can get it.

But getting clients is the catch..... you can get clients the same way as you made local clients in India. I hope you got my point.

The big thing in LPO are confidentiality issues and US companies wont trust any new LPO unless and until your company has a branch in US.
