Legal Question in Employment Law in India

7th CPC has approved that Short Service Commissioned (SSC) Officers are allowed to leave service between 7-10 Years of service. Can it be applicable to SSC Officers who had joined before the implementation of 7th CPC i.e. before 01-01-2016. If armed forces refuses to release these officers, can any thing be done for release?

Thank You

No employee is bonded to the organisation he / she serves. The employee is free to quit service as and when he / she pleases to quit.

Regards,
