Legal Question in Employment Law in India

Hi, I was looking for advise and found "Kanoon.com" , hoping will get a good advise from good lowers .Actually I joined a company in noida(UP) recently and the time I joined they asked me for "Bond" it is for 2 years and if I leave early I must pay 3 lacks, and i signed it. I was okey because I was not aware about company's work culture, they created a worst environment and it is very difficult to survive there for 2 years , I want to leave this company. Even after 2 years they dont lave their employees and file case against them,I have been there for 2-4 months and I have seen many people who are trapped and they just ran away and company filed case against them.

Now I want to leave this company, but I scared about case and legal activities because I cant pay 3 lacks. Can Please somebody suggest me what should I do now.

Dear Sir / Madam,

Anybody insisting on an employee signing a Performance / Service Bond is illegal and an offence, since it tantamounts to doing bonded labour. Never ever join a Company that insists on a Performance Bond. I am surprised that many Companies are still insisting on their employees signing a Bond. You should draw the attention of HR about the poor work culture in the Company and tell them that should there be no improvement within the next two months, you will resign and will not remain liable to pay the Bond amount to the Company.

Regards,
