1. Which Country: The country you can sue may be determined by many factors. Some of them are is this company in question a Nigerian Entity?. Is it solely a Nigerian company or does it have foreign equity holders? Are you aware of any of its assets in any other country apart from Nigeria. i.e US, Pakistan etc? The reason for some of these questions is to determine the actual and most effective jurisdiction that would be to your advantage.

2. For Lawyer: A lawyer should always be sought from the particular jurisdiction the case was filed.

3. This would depend on the country. But what you need is a good trial lawyer with a good backgroud on labour/employment Law.
