Legal Question in Employment Law in India

Hi, this is brijesh here, i ha e joined a mnc company in feb. Dated 12/02/2016. I was told to join the company on legal basis in varanasi on 16/02/2016. From tat date i have not been paid any of my travell expense. And then in the end my senior threatened me to give my resignation to him stating that if i won't be able to perform i wud leave the company. Then after performing as well he accepted my resignation. Then my distributor told the company that if they wud remove me then he will not do business wid them. Then the company kept me again but they didnt serve me any mail or letter of my revival. And then again after a month they removed me as the company has billed enough products to the distributor for which he has given the money in advance on my saying. Now the company has removed me from the job n haven't paid me ny expense till date its been four and a half month expense and one month salary. Please guide me wat to do.

1) First represent to MD claiming your dues.

2) Approach concerned labor commissioner if ur job fall within their purview.

3) Issue legal notice demanding ur claim.

4) Also file FIR with police.
