Legal Question in Employment Law in India
I am a central government employee. i want to publish a self written book. Do i need to take prior permission before publishing the same. what will be repercussions if i publish it without obtaining a prior permission from the authority? Shall it cost my job itself even in the wildest case?

Generally, you should not have any problem in publication, but you has not mentioned that on what subject your book is and with which department your service is concern without which the appropriate advice cannot be possible.
