Legal Question
Can a company deny an option of paying salary in lieu of notice? Say for eg , the notice period in my current organization is 3 months and I decide to leave. Say if I want to pay off the notice period and not serve it , can the company deny saying that we will not accept the payoff option and you will have to serve three months.
