Legal Question

I want to Complaint against Mrs Shalu Sharma,Siddharth Sharma and Rajeev Nagpal Of Eware Technologies Gurgaon For not giving my Salary,Stipend and refundable Security Total Sum of Rs 1 Lakh 70 Thousand.I have already registered a Complaint in Police Station in Phase 1 Udyog Vihar against these People.What shall I do.
