Dear Sir,

In appointment they have mentioned 6 month probation period, and they have not mentioned any thing about agreement in appointment.

Agreement is a seperate document in this they have mentioned minimum duration of 2 yrs.

Dear Gajendra,

There will also be a clause of notice period during the period of probation. If you are still within probation, all you need to do is to serve the notice period post submitting your resignation in the Company. But it is advisable to resign only after you have secured yourself a better job elsewhere.
