Legal Question in Employment Law in India

Dear Sir,
1-I was Senior Manager in Central Bank of India.I have filed writ petition (under-art.226) (IN PERSON) before Bombay High Court against order of dismissal from the Bank.
2-Grounds urged in petition:(Few out of around 50).
i-Inquiry proceedings conducted NOT as per established procedure.
ii-Inquiry proceedings were conducted exparte.
iii-Adequate opportunity to defence not provided.
iv-Documents necessary to prove innocence not provided.
v-key witnesses not examined, etc. etc.
3-I want to get my matter settled through Lok adalat
4-Please advise me what is the procedure.

The procedure for filing a case in the Lok Adalat is the same as the Court.
