Legal Question in Employment Law in India

dear sir as u said that i should that i must serve notice period... but they didn't even warned me about what they are going to do further... if they had once informed or convinced me .. i would have continued for one month to serve their notice period..? But they intentional to harm me economically didn't even informed me by any means of communication.. they should have given one way either to resolve the issue but they continue saying that " you will be paid remaining after deducting one month salary"

i asked them to let me work for one month to serve their notice period but they are rigid...

Dear Sir / Madam,

If you are willing to serve the notice period, but the Company is rejecting your offer to work for one month, the Company is not entitled to deduct one month's salary. You should lodge a complaint against the Company with the local Labour Commissioner and if it is a limited Company, with the Registrar of Companies too.

Regards,
