Legal Question in Employment Law in India

Dear Sir,

My self Umesh Rana , Ex employee of Uniparts India Ltd. Noida, (UP),

would like to request you that My PLI amount Rs. 94,378/- had been hold by HR.

As per my appointment letter this amount is performance linked incentive. You can refer my performance w.r.t. all indicators as above.

Sir this is my money as part of salary for which i have worked hard through out the year.

You can refer my attendance chart also. Now HR is saying that I am not entitle for PLI, when every one is enjoying that. I was also part of that team who has take the plant in to profit.

I joined Uniparts On Jan'15 & Left on 30/5/2016. So legally no one can stop my salary.

So It's my humble request to you please look in to the matter & release my full & final along with PLI. For Uniparts this amount is nothing but for me it matters.

All supporting enclosed & HR submission of PMS screen shot as above for your reference.

Dear Umesh,

Please refer the terms and conditions mentioned in your Appointment Letter. If you have resigned, the Company does not normally pay the Performance Linked Incentive to the employee who has resigned.
