Dear Sir, I'm working in a pvt company in India. we are selling products in the market. I want to leave the company for some better change. but company HR is asking to clear/ collect all market outstanding for reliving to be given.
company had all orders signed by customers and its not easy to collect complete all money by this time from the market.

Dear Sir / Madam,
Simply tell the Company that there is no such condition in your Appointment Letter that all the sales made by you must be collected prior to leaving the Company. You are free to resign from the Company by serving the notice period as mentioned in your Appointment Letter.
