Legal Question in Employment Law in India
Dear Sir...
I am working in bank as a clerk.bank has not considered my transfer request but all my batchmates who joined with me got transferrd...but my joining date is 30 days late compared to them now i completed my 3 years of service in current location. last year bank recruited clerks that time bank posted all the new recruitees near to their native places without considering my request which place was requested by me was filled with fresh candidates posting who was juniors in service....
if i file writ petition against this discrimination how i will get justice.... ??
