Legal Question in Employment Law in India

Dear Sir
I am working as a clerk in one Public sector Bank & i have been posted to 650 KM away from my native now i have completed 3 years of service. all of my batchmates got transferred last year to their native place, but bank management is not yet considered my transfer request, already i have sent representation about discrimination to my higher officials but there is no use. Kindly advice me regarding how i can seek legal help.
