Legal Question in Employment Law in India

Dear Sir/Madam,

I was worked in mnc company from more than 14 year out of that 10 year on pay role, but suddenly company forcefully done our (approx 10- working more than 10 year & 1000- from last 3 year ) person FnF. Company send termination letter on all employees communication address along with caveat notice and adv notice-( I've not received.

In fnf we received only one month payment. I am serching Job since 19- Dec-14 not succeed till.

Dear Nilesh,

You should claim your Provident Fund, Gratuity and Superannuation (if applicable) from the Company. If they have paid you and settled your dues earlier for the 10 year tenure when you were on the payroll of the Company, the Company has to still settle your dues for the 4 year period. If you have not claimed your Provident Fund earlier, it accrues to you as on the date of the full and final settlement. Gratuity too follows the same rule of settlement.
