Legal Question in Employment Law in India
Dear Sir,
My Name is Sadiq, i'm a graduate & working as a contract employee in a govt. organisation. we are a total of 20 members working as computer operators. One of our Contract Employee has taken the contract & distribute salaries to us. Contract will last for 10 to 12 months, for every 12 months our organization will call for a new contract. To Overcome all these hassles, our superior officers has told us to form our 20 members as a society to work under organizations work order.
i'm confused whether registering as a society can we work on organization's work order or we have to register as union
Please let us know how to proceed for working under organizations work order

Dear Sadiq,
An arrangement to work as a Society with the organization on work order is not advisable and not recommended.
