Legal Question in Employment Law in Pakistan

I was ex employee of telenor and last month labour court transferred my case to NIRC Court and my case file was returned back to me on 20th march 2015 so i just want to ask that is there any time limit that with in 1 month or with in 45 days i have to submit my case to NIRC or I can take my time coz i am looking for a new lawyer

The must be mentioned in the order of the labour court, but in case no time is mentioned then mostly we go to NIRC within 30 days time. You can send me the order of the labour court and further consult me.
