Forced to quit my job because not paid since last 5 months worked in this company for more than 20 years

Dear Sir / Madam,

You should ask the Company in writing to pay up and settle your full and final pending dues including termination pay, PF, Gratuity, etc. within 7 days failing which you should straightaway lodge a local Police complaint for cheating against the Company.

1) Claim all ur terminal dues with the company within a date specified.

2) If failed, file ALC case if eligible or WP in HC.
