Legal Question in Employment Law in India
Hi,
I got fired from my employer because of watching movies on work laptop during non-working hour at home. Employer claims that movies [Movie Name: wolf of wallstreet] that I watched were pirated. However, I purchased those movies from the shop.
Is there a legal defense for me?
