Legal Question in Employment Law in India

Hi

I am working in an MNC for past 16 months as a fresher. At the time of joining this company I sign an agreement to work for 18 months of Rs 150000/-. The agreement stated that company will incur some cost on my training and foreign trip(if any). But I didnt get any formal training and I am working on projects from very first day.

Now I want to leave the organisation, so please tell me If I need to pay the amount and If this agreement stand valid.

Please note that no witnesses has signed the agreement from my side. Will this be counted?

Dear Sir / Madam,

Since you have signed an Agreement committing yourself to the Company for 18 months, it is advisable you serve the 18 months period and only thereafter leave the Company.
