Legal Question in Employment Law in India
Hi,
My name is Patricia. I am working at a company in Mumbai, India and it has only been a month. However, I am already having problems with their work culture. The problem is that I'm stuck because of a bond they made me sign for a year, or else I have to pay 70,000 rupees and I can't afford that. They also have one of my marksheets which they said they will return after six months (my probation). Please help!
