Legal Question in Employment Law in India

In India, who all are classified as central civil servants according to Central Civil Services act1962. Are bank& PSU employees are considered as civil servants . if possible can you please direct me to the link which states the eligibility of central civil servant and link which lists organisations ,employees of which are civil central servants
