Hi, I joined a company three months before away from my hometown, and didnt sign any contract. I had to relieve from the job because of my health and family issues. Now they are sending an email that they will file equitable legal remedies on behalf of their company on me. Please advise me

Since you have not signed any Agreement or contract, the Company cannot initiate any legal action against you
