Legal Question in Employment Law in India

I joined CXO HR Excellence Private Limited as Accountant Assistant on 3/10/2015. They issued me offer letter on 13th day of the month saying that initial days of joining shall be consideredd as Trial Period. Their salary cycle is from 21 to 20 of next month, that i have nowheere heard of. For a month i worked accurately, however they exploited me and made me work as Back office Assistant even though i am Qualified CA INTER. During the tenure, the HR Manager veerbally ttold me that i will be paid as Consultant also from their another ssister devision. I was not at all satisfied by the work they were making me do. On 6th of November, ii cleared all these things to HR Manager. She insulted me abusingly and immediately expelled me and asked me to leave the premises. Then she called me to colect the wages. I found that they had paid very nominal amount As of Consultant of sister company, and did not pay the Account Assistant salary. It is to be noted that during my tenure they never allowed me to do account work. There are such other employees also who are victims. We jointly filed a police complain against the ccompany. The director bluntly refused to pay. Now please suggest me thee remedy thhat is not so time conssuming.. Please help,me get the proper justice

Dear Sir / Madam,

You should keep reporting the matter to the Police in writing asking them to initiate criminal action ("Cheating" - Section 420 of the Indian Penal Code) against the Company.
