Legal Question in Employment Law in India
I had joined Mobikwik company after paying 1.5 lakh to last employer by myself which was committed to repay back within 1 month but paid back after 4 months by mobikwik.So i resigned.Now company has deducted 1 lakh from my 2 month salary.
So want advice on it.how to get back my amount?

Dear Sir / Madam,
No, if there is an understanding and the terms and conditions of your Appointment letter mention a certain minimum tenure that you are required to serve in the Company since they have reimbursed you the money you paid to the last employer, if that period is not yet over as on the date of your resignation, you do not have a valid case to recover the money from the Company.
