promotion policy: Annual Appraisal report weightage 45%, seniority 15%, interview 40%.

Minimum mark for pass: 75%

even obtaining 75 % junior was promoted giving more marks in interview.

Dear Sir / Madam,

Permissible and varies from case to case. More weightage is given to an employee's all round performance and results than the employee's seniority in ascertaining and determining promotion to the employee.in Public Sector Undertaking.
