Legal Question in Employment Law in India

on my offer letter it's written if i want to resign from job i have to give one month notice.if sudden leave the job the will take legal action. they are giving me very hard time i want to quite the job so thatve one question as per labour law they can take action if i won't give any notice to them ans leave the job

You will need to abide by the terms and conditions regarding notice period that you have signed at the time of accepting your Offer and Appointment letter.
