Legal Question in Employment Law in India
hi I am not getting reliving letter from my boss, and I speeded notice period of 1 month as written in Offer letter, . my company is in Israel country.
THEY ARE PAYING ME THROUGH OTHER COMPANY IN INDIA.
please advice the legal method

Dear Sir / Madam,
Since you have completed serving your one month notice period in the Company, you have completed your obligation as per your Employment contract with the Company. You should ensure that you receive your full and final settlement dues and request your Employer in Israel as well as the other Company that pays your monthly salary for your Service Certificate.
