Dear Sir / Madam,

Companies which are unprofessional have a tendency to exploit their employees. I strongly suggest and recommend that you should not waste your time and energy working in such Companies, especially in view of the health hazard and risk. At most, you can collectively lodge a written complaint to the Ministry of Employment and Welfare, New Delhi to bring this matter to their attention so that some sort of regulatory controls are instilled against such Companies who violate these provisions regarding working norms.

Regards,
