I resigned from my organisation on October 7th 2013. My resignation has not yet been accepted. For how long can a company stall the acceptance of my resignation?

Seek a help of a lawyer and send them a legal notice.
Dear Sir / Madam,
Unless specifically rejected, the Company is deemed to have accepted your resignation. You should serve the specified notice period and request the Company for your final settlement dues on the last working day.
Refer to your appointment letter and serve notice period and then move on. You may drop in a detailed query at firstname.lastname@example.org
