Respected Sir, kindly intimate me how to handle the regular harassment caused by our Senior Superintendent of Post Offices, Cachar Postal Division,Silchar during his day to day offices work such as

1. Non sanctioning of our Tour TA bill by keep pending month after month in his custody.Even if he sanctioned, he sanctioned those bills, he made unauthorised deductions.

2. non sanctioning of medical bills and take all possible steps with bad intentions to reject our genuine bills showing several causes according to his wish

3. Where in entire Assam,others field staffs are paid monthly mobile bill up to Rs 800.00 per month but notonly paid less amount but also kept those bills pending month after months

4. Non granting of Leave and kept pending days after days so that period for which leave seek automatically cross.

5 Issuing several instructions verballly and if any employees oppose, he was warned to transfer to most backward area

Please help us how to tackle such situation

Please address all your grievances vide a letter to the Head Postmaster, Sr. Superintendent of Department of Posts & Telegraphs, Cachar Division, Dibrugarh Region, Assam Circle requesting immediate action to resolve all pending issues as highlighted in your query, and if deemed necessary, to warn / reprimand / transfer the Sr. Superintendent for his misdeeds. Should the Head Postmaster not initiate requisite action to resolve the matter within 15 days of your letter, you should straightaway escalate the matter by email / letter couriered to the attention of : Shri Ravi Shankar Prasad, Hon. Minister for Communications & Information Technology and The Secretary, Ministry of Communication & Information Technology (MCIT) at the Address provided in the following link :

You should follow up with the Secretary at MCIT requesting their intervention to expedite speedy disposal of your matter.
