Respected Sir Prashant chavan FCA,
on 13 August 2013 you answered applying for govt job every indian right unless he convicted from court.but today you answered accused persons are not eligble for govt job please clarify sir.

Dear Sir / Madam,
Even if the concerned person is to apply for a probationary officer's post in SBI, he / she will compulsorily have to disclose the fact in the application, that he / she is an accused in an inquiry which is pending decision, which ways would be an automatic disqualification.
