Legal Question in Employment Law in India
Respected sir i am working in a public school in Delhi from last 5 years on adoc basis they cannot regulate my service in this way they violated THE DELHI PUBLIC SCHOOL education ACT 1973. Please help me.

Dear Sir / Madam,
You may lodge your grievances with the local Labour Commissioner (LC) requesting redressal by the LC instructing your school to place you in the permanent cadre of the school.
