Legal Question in Employment Law in India
I have worked earlier in one of the govt institution but resigned due to some family problems. Later I have applied in another one but didn't mention experience in my application form because they would reject me in the interview itself.
If I am selected will it lead to problem or i just produce the relieving certificate from the previous employer as some one told me the experience is upto you to show or not.
