Legal Question in Employment Law in India

Hi, i worked in IT firm for 1month got the salary and later i absconded from the company due to personal reason.

my pay roll company is in hyderabad and client company is in mumbai.

i got a mail to from company asking me to rejoin the office in next week.will take action against me due to productivity and business loss.

just want to know what legal action company can take against me.will they demand money?

Dear Sir / Madam,

If you have decided that you no longer wish to work in the IT firm, you should communicate your decision it to the IT firm, submitting your official resignation. In view of you being on probation, I envisage your notice period as contained in the terms and conditions of your Offer / Appointment Letter may be just 7-15 days or maximum one month. Yes, the Company HR may ask you to pay up the notice period salary (basic pay only) if you do not serve the same.
