Legal Question in Employment Law in India

I am working for a company in Gandhinagar and during my appointment, company given in writing in appointment letter that they will pay 3.5 Lacs within 3 months of joining my duties ( i joined in June 13) for purchase of car. Considering this i purchased my car in the month of June itself for my commuting, with my money ( 2 lacs loan from SBI).

Till date they have not released this amount to me, in-fact i am stuck by paying EMI for the same and situation is that this company is not even able to release monthly salary in time.

This is a Pvt Ltd Company, in Gandhinagar.

What can i do to get this amount at the earliest.

Dear Sir / Madam,

You ought to have purchased a car for Conpany use after the Company paid you the amount and not with your own and borrowed funds. And if the fact in your appointment letter for giving money for a car has a provision attached to it, or is conditional, the Company is not liable to pay you the money, if the condition remains unfulfilled. In my view, there is nothing you can do, except look out for another job, since the Company does not pay your monthly salary in time.
