Legal Question in Employment Law in India

I am working with an organisation for 4 years and they did not give me offer letter at the time of joining..I get my salary in Salary A/ca and ESI &PF; facilities are here, now if I want to resign from here and ll give notice period for only 10 days, Can they Stop my salary?

You are know part of the organisation and you have to follow the provision of the organisation, in doing so if you have any problem you have to take help of a competent lawyer in the specialised field or hire us for the service.

Dear Sir / Madam,

If you do not have an offer letter nor an appointment letter from the Company, you should first check with the HR Department what is the prevailing notice period and act accordingly.
