Legal Question in Employment Law in India

I am working in pharma company and I resigned. and just before 5 day of my resignation the notice period is revised from 1 month to 3 month via e-mail. Although I was appointed with agreement of 1 month notice period. I want to relieve after 1 month and HR and my HOD both are addressing through company policy as I have to serve 3 month. I also offer to pay notice period.they denied to do so. Is their any way forward to got reliving letter,experience certificate and F&F.

1) If the company has changed its policy to 3 months, not in ur isolated case, then u r bound by 3 months notwithstanding ur agreement.

2) Discuss with ur company and settle amicably to avoid delay.

Dear Sir / Madam,

You are liable to serve the notice period of one month only as mentioned in your Appointment Letter. The Company's stance to make the revised notice period of 3 months applicable to you is unlawful and unjustified.
