Legal Question in Employment Law in India

I am working in one pvt bank. My bank transferred me from x location to y before 6 months. I have resigned in sep 16 and my last working day is 15.12.16. Notice period is as per bank policy. But in last week we found that one customer from x location has cheated the bank. It is confirm that client has cheated after my transfer. I m not responsible for that. But my higher authority forcefully asking me to extend my notice period to resolve the issue. But I dont wish to extend it because my next employer is not ready for that. But my boss is threatening me on my fnf and releaving letter. Kindly suggest what to do?
