Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in India
Hi, We have bought some land from fathers sisters and my fathers brothers sons. We have a stamp paper with signatures of theirs and witnesses. They have also agreed to do a khatha transfer and clearly mentioned that they will not give any issues as we own the land now.
Question is : do we need to get that registered as it is inside family circle and not a land from outsider. If they say now that they will not sign for registering, then how can we defend ourselves. Pls let me know
