i want to cancel a notarized 'Leave and license agreement' due to a major mistake in drafting. what should i do? also i want to know the name of the authority that maintains the records of notarized documents, here in ahmedabad.

1) The Notary himself maintains a Register to show the name, date and time in the running serial number, a statutory record, when in future for reference.

2) He does not keep a copy of ur document for his filing. No where else such records are maintained.

3) Go for fresh agreement and get the new agreement Notarized.

4) If the other party is unwilling for new agreement, then comply with the T&C of revocation by giving notice to him and then enter into new one.

5) On the same old agreement, if the licensee wants modification, giving reference to the old one, modification agreement can be executed.
