Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in India
we had capture on a plot but we have no registry but we have a old paper that has sarpanch's sign and govt. stamp.my grandfather had purchased it ago55 years. but now registry of this plot was of other person in court. that person had cheating us and give our sign by deceptions. what can we do?
