Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in India
Hi, I am the only child of my parents. My father has made a gift deed agreement for his flat in my name last week. I will be getting the share certificates of society transferred in my name in two weeks.
If I were to sell this flat, will I be able to transfer shares to a buyer in next three months? Does bye law vary with every society's?
