Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in India

Dear Sir,

I'm living since 1959 on rent in Shahpur ( Delhi Chakla ) Area which is covered under Ashantdhara.but recently my House Owner Mr Modi ( Hindu ) sale the Whole 3 Floor House to the Muslim.

& there is not any hindu in the area rightnow.

Now , what to do by us.

indian constitution provide protect to all indian citizen .it is fundamental right of the indian citizen

for provide security . you have to follow of delhi rental control act. and rules
