Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Pakistan
I have a one flat on pagri system since last 20 years. owner has increased rent time to time. my question is how much owner has a right to increase a rent on yearly basis or any other mechanism can exist to increased a rent in a pagri system?

Dear thereis no law of pagri in Pakistan you are just a tannant and 10 % after year and 25 to 30 % after three years
