Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in India
If i give an eviction notice to a tennant and subsequently engage in a court case with him, am I eligable to receive rent from him during that period or is he allowed to pay rent to rent control?

you can take rent before the court or he is at liberty to seek deposit of the same before the controller.
