Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in India

Hello Law gurus,

A person 'X' bought 13 acres of property from villagers way back in 80s and constructed sugar factory over there. In 90s, he stopped sugar factory and after few years we bought that land from him.

During selling, he gave Power to Attorney to somebody from whom we transferred land to us. Now, 10 years after that villagers grandsons and relatives came back to us and asking to give back their land. we tried to get injunction order in vain. Other party furnished another general power of attorney document with the same registration number as ours and argued that ours is fake and invalid. We tried to get proof of our POA document from registration office in vain. How to proceed?

We are helpless though we bought land legally ten years back and can't do anything here.

what about the person who sale this land. If he is alive make him the party and request him to appear in court. or better to sold out this land.
